Halloween - October 2007
We got invited to a Halloween party with a bunch of SCA folks - so I decided to wear something very non-historical. I had purchased a purple taffeta saloon girl outfit from a Trystan Bass earlier this year, so I figured now was the time to break it out. I paired it with some cute vertical striped stockings, t-strap heeled oxfords, and elf ears. Because there is nothing cooler than an elven princess saloon girl. ;)
Although I didn't make this outfit, it was tons of fun to wear - and I love that it's third-generation and still going strong. It's cute and fun and flirty, and the elf ears went over quite nicely. All in all, it was a hit!
